We want every homeowner who reaches Conservativedeeper Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

If the Issue Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Be aware that Conservativedeeper Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

If your concern is how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Indiana.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@conservativedeeper.garden and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and the outcome you want

After You Send It

We acknowledge complaints by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. Afterward, we reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
